No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, has no contact form and loads no content from third parties (such as fonts, maps, videos or social media buttons). The font is served from the same server as the website. For this reason no cookie banner is shown and no consent is requested.
Server log files
When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data and is deleted by the provider as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes.
Contacting us
If you contact us by WhatsApp, Viber, telephone or email, we process the details you give us (for example name, telephone number, content of your message, details of your property) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete them when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations (for example tax law) apply.
WhatsApp and Viber
The WhatsApp and Viber buttons are plain links. Visiting this website does not transmit any data to these services. Only when you tap a button does the respective app or website open; from then on the provider's privacy policy applies (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Viber Media S.à r.l.). If you prefer, contact us by telephone or email.
Your rights
